ISLAND IN THE POND
The human-made island in Jamaica Pond has been a particular fascination to me, and many others, for decades. The landscape changes with the seasons, with the weather, with my mood. And the willow on the island has gone through as many life transitions as many of us, continuing to hang on through much adversity. Here’s a series of images that continue to move me, some after many years.
